Seeking a Senior Automation Solutions Architect for the recently formed enterprise automation office to assist with the assessment, prioritization, and solution architectures for the automation requests. The Senior Automation Solutions Architect will define automation strategies and work closely with the automation office, the RPA teams, and other teams to help identify automation opportunities, recommend the appropriate automation tools and technologies, and help architect and design automation solutions.
The Senior Automation Solutions Architect will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of automation solutions for various business processes in the healthcare domain. They will leverage their expertise in RPA technologies, low-code/no-code platforms, and scripting languages to create efficient, scalable, and reliable automation workflows. They will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand the requirements, challenges, and opportunities for automation.
Function in an Agile environment meeting regularly with our client, coordinating efforts and backlog grooming. Work with both technical and business stakeholders to understand the data needs for projects. Attend requirement sessions when necessary, communicating any concerns to project leadership. Translate complex technical terminology, concepts, and issues in terms understandable to technical and nontechnical management and resources staff. Develop and maintains conceptual, logical, and physical architecture. Provide extensive technical, strategic advice and guidance to senior managers and technical resources in the creation and implementation of new data standards and databases or changes to existing ones. Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect and client IT team to establish and implement strategic initiatives. Make recommendations and assesses proposals for system optimization. Identify operational issues recommend and implement strategies to resolve problems.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60.00/HR to $70.00/HR. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
