CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager (Customer & Experience Transformation) opening for our client in Seattle, WA.


Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months



  • Excellent requirement management and documentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and quality management systems for medical devices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in a highly regulated environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in negotiating and influencing across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency in using requirements management and diagramming tools like Visio or Lucidchart to map out processes and workflows.



  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on SaMD or medical device projects.
  • Experienced in working with Global team.
  • Experience with Agile and traditional project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.


Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $150,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.

USD $100,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr.
