We are seeking a highly motivated Paid Media Specialist with 5+ years of experience to join our Global Paid Social Media team.


The Paid Social Media Buyer / Planner participates in all aspects of executing high profile and complex paid social media campaigns on networks like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. This includes initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting. This team member will use their experience in Paid Social to provide strategic recommendations, analysis, and reporting in addition to responding to ad-hoc requests.


The Global Paid Media Team’s ability to target customers, optimize content and ad delivery, and deliver outstanding performance demands a detail oriented, strategic, and creative thinker with drive and dedication. This is a highly visible role that will work as a trusted partner and advisor to multiple business units and countries around the world, enabling them to execute the best paid social programs possible.



  • Actively place and manage paid social campaigns to achieve set objectives – which may vary from video views, engagement, conversions, reach and frequency, etc.
  • Analyze performance data and build action plans based on conclusions
  • Develop and manage execution of campaign plans, including deadlines, creative assets, copy needs, and ensure various stakeholders are on schedule to keep ads running on time.
  • Build deep relationships with stakeholders from across Lenovo business units, and guide them toward the best strategies for their paid social campaigns.
  • Maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in social media and paid social media (betas, ad network updates, innovation opportunities, etc.)
  • Assist in development of media strategy and building paid social media plans (including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, flighting, budgeting, etc.)
  • Develop, grow, and maintain relationships through exceptional service
  • Contribute to team's education and develop POVs; evangelize the value of paid social media and the best practices.


Requirements & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in buying cross-platform paid social media ads.
  • Experience with regular reporting, collaborative strategic planning, and performance management
  • Sprinklr or other Paid Platform Management tool experience preferred
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $40.00 to $41.25 hourly.  Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
