CTG is seeking to fill a Process Integration Technician opening for our client in Albany, NY.   Location: Albany, NY     Overview: We are seeking a process integration technician with good communication skills who can work in a highly multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural environment at our Albany research location. This candidate will be supporting research and development activities, focusing on wafer logistics and wafer management. This individual will track lot movement/process inhibitors and act as a liaison between the process integration and operations teams to help disposition engineering holds. In this role, the candidate will review and act upon engineering holds, review total wafer counts, lot priorities, and drive actions to keep wafers moving throughout the fabrication line.   The selected candidate is expected to work directly with lot owners including process integration engineers, device engineers, unit process engineers, and logistics support individuals in the operations teams, technology assurance organization and various other teams that support operations and research activities in our Albany Research facility. CTG is currently assisting a client in staffing several Network Administrator openings in anticipation of a first quarter 2024 project. Overview: We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Network Administrators to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, with expertise in managing and maintaining both Palo Alto and Cisco networking technologies. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting our network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity, security, and optimal performance.   Responsibilities: Network Design and Implementation: - Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure based on Palo Alto and Cisco technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective network solutions. - Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the network architecture. Network Security: - Implement and manage Palo Alto firewall solutions to safeguard the organization's network against security threats. - Develop and enforce security policies, conduct regular security audits, and respond to security incidents promptly. - Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to proactively enhance the network security posture. - Configuration and Optimization: - Configure and optimize Cisco routers, switches, and other networking devices to ensure efficient data flow and minimal downtime. - Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to identify and resolve connectivity and performance problems. Network Monitoring and Reporting: - Implement network monitoring tools to proactively identify and address potential issues. - Generate regular reports on network performance, security incidents, and capacity planning. Collaboration and Documentation: - Work closely with other IT teams and departments to understand their networking needs and provide effective solutions. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.   Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Network Administrator with a focus on Palo Alto and Cisco technologies. - Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, PCNSA, or PCNSE are highly desirable. - In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP). - Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewall configuration, rule management, and threat prevention. - Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco networking devices. - Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.   Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.   CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services for this role.   To Apply: To be considered, please apply directly to this requisition using the link provided.
